Over Clocking Software??

Anbody know of a good overclocking software I have tried rivatuner but it wont let me make changes to may gpu i really dont know whats the deal there it has before in the past. I have a geforce 9800gt card any suggestions?? Here are some specs on the gpu

does nVIDIA still support coolbits? I used to use it. Might be horribly outdated now though.

just upgrade.. overclocking isnt worth it.. it tends to burn out the card
